Before making a reservation, we encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully. It is also a contract agreement between us and the Guest from the time the booking is made. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and is responsible for all payments due.

5. Child policy

 

• • 0 – 2 years old – free of charge
  • 3 – 5 years old – half rate (50%) of the tour package (Puerto Princesa, Port Barton & El Nido)
  • 7 years old & up – considered adult rate

6. Booking & Confirmation Policy

 

It is highly recommended that bookings be made in advance especially for group travel.  This is to ensure the availability of accommodations and tour packages that are normally being reserved earlier particularly during peak season.

 

At the least, all travel arrangements should be booked at least 3 (three) business days in advance. This however is subject to availability from the hotel and tour provider; hence, advance booking is advised.  Once the details of the booking have been confirmed and forwarded, we will send a Confirmation Voucher with Statement of Account via e-mail or private message.

 

For advance bookings, we will require upon confirmation a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total estimated costs and the balance to be settled 5 (five) days before the guest’s arrival date. Payments should be made through bank deposit or cash and PAYPAL (account: sevenwondersadventure@yahoo.com) as well as GCASH. The company does not accept personal checks as payment. Any bank charges or service fee for the fund transfer shall be on the guest’s account. Kindly send us a scanned copy of the deposit slip once payment has been made.

7. Cancellation & Refunds Policy

 

The 50% down payment stipulated above are Non – Refundable once the booking is confirmed and finalized but can be rebooked within 1 (one) year.

 

Specific provisions of corresponding charges for cancelled bookings vary depending on the providers’ pertinent policies being imposed, hence, will be discussed prior the confirmation and will be indicated in the confirmation voucher.

 

There is No Refund for any unused tours, transport, hotels. However, in the event of natural calamities and force majeure, or mandated government cancellations, Guests may be entitled for a REFUND, subject to Supplier’s Terms and Conditions.
